Shire Buckingham 7×7 Summerhouse

The classic Buckingham Summerhouse is a perfect choice for all gardens. The high quality double doors open out to the front and the large attractive opening Georgian side window can go on either side; all glazing is glass. It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine with T&G roof and floor. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.

Care information

Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company’s assembly instructions.
